Ongoing research contributions include geospatial statistics assessing environmental drivers of Highly Pathogenic Avian Influenza (H5N1) transmission in farms, data cleaning and statistical work evaluating SARS-CoV-2 transmission in New York City schools, and statistical and survey work estimating the burden of Chagas' Disease within NYC residents.
